For many decades The 3D construction simulation program has been continuously developed to meet the needs of the work. Until around 2013, BIM Network joined the operation with buildingSMART UK&I has been officially launched. and began to be widely used with continuous development in line with the ever-advancing technology

BIM enhances the 3D visualization of informational projects. from the shape of the building and equipment to sustainability management and facility management. and maintenance in use after the project is successful

Working as a team

Building information modeling (BIM) has many advantages in teamwork. All personnel involved can improve collaboration Combining design and construction knowledge Saves time and resources Avoid duplication of work. Make the design process work together more efficiently.

Bringing BIM to cleanrooms

various requirements For clean rooms or cleanrooms, a lot of precision is required. because as you know The complexity of the clean room and its factors, many conditions can lead to changes both during the design and construction phases.

A future for BIM

In the end, today’s industrial business in the construction process still faces many problems. from inefficiencies in the construction process, such as the escalating budget prolongation of time or ineffectiveness of communication between each party

various requirements For clean rooms or cleanrooms, a lot of precision is required. because as you know The complexity of the clean room and its factors, many conditions can lead to changes both during the design and construction phases.

BIM capabilities will help cleanroom designers can see the real picture up close as well as to see problems that may arise more easily

In addition to its structural benefits, ๐—–๐—”๐—œ engin๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด uses BIM to validate clean room designs in a virtual environment. As a standard, a complete data model of cleanroom projects from BIM reduces both budget and construction time risks. not to prolong

For entrepreneurs, BIM continues to be useful. in terms of saving energy to reduce costs Information stored within the BIM dataset allows management teams to monitor energy consumption. and make sure your cleanrooms meet the standards they were designed in the first place.

BIM processes can play an important role in ongoing construction, installation and management. make operators calculate and check these costs right from the start of the project. Including the ability to predict in advance as well

Foresight in the construction of cleanrooms is one of the executive visions needed to fully develop the industry into the 4.0 era. The more the industry sees the advantages and uses of ๐—•๐—œ๐—  or cleanr๐—ผ๐—ผm technology, the more familiar with the process and trusting the technology. It will only benefit the project more.

For us, ๐—–๐—”๐—œ ๐—˜๐—ป๐—ด๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด BIM is part of our ๐—–๐—น๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—บ๐—ผ๐—บ 4.๐Ÿฌ technology.

We have implemented BIM to see future problems that are coming up with the project and we will stop them with technology. Before it happens to your site or your business.

We are ready to be a part of helping to improve the air conditioning industry. and better construction by using digital technology to deliver the best customer experience from before the project, during the construction and after the completion of the project

to meet both the needs of the industry and meets the standard requirements for clean rooms ๐—–๐—”๐—œ ๐—˜๐—ป๐—ด๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด We have more than 15 years of experience in the design, construction, both domestically and internationally. with a team of specialized engineers

Join us in moving forward with innovations in air conditioning to keep up with the future world.

CLEANROOM 4.0

One of the most innovative features of CLEANROOM 4.0 is the interaction between the buildingโ€™s 3D BIM model and real-time data from IoT device captured automatically from building management systems and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems using open protocols including Building Automation and Control networks (BACnet) and Modbus. By clicking on an item in the 3D BIM model, operators can visualize specific parameters and statistics for the item through interactive and responsive dashboards, making building performance data more transparent and insightful.

IoT device transported to the Cloud becomes Big Data. As we know, AI engines love Big Data, as much as they can acquire. Let them crunch on any and all sources of data to bring their โ€œalgorithmsโ€ to life. Let them learn from the data, with the model improving itself through continual self-learning.

The IoT is unthinkable without cyber security

Our patented equipment (SAUTER modu615-BM) makes use of Blockchain technology and links the data from the automation stations in the building network to form a Blockchain ring. Each automation station uses its own data to form a block in the chain. For this, the automation station generates its own digital fingerprint which is based on its own data and on a fingerprint of the previous station in the blockchain ring. The block data consists of programs, firmware and process and network parameters.

Our Mixed Reality (MR) glasses increase speed and accuracy while reducing rework and waste with solutions purpose-built for MEP contractors’ and engineers’ entire workflow. It’s a simpler way to create, bid and build โ€“ No matter how complex the project. Ductworks and pipe works could be visualized before assembly to overview the entire scope and check for collisions. Elements can be layered and reviewed by separate layers, each visualized in a different, distinct color.
